I’ve never stuck to a workout and because of that and bad eating I weigh 240lbs. I only made it 8 minutes in today but tomorrow I will come back and try another 8! I’ll update as much as I can.

I am 56 years old, and thanks to Oliver and his videos, he is helping me have a much healthier and fitter life. Thank you and God bless you, Oliver. I am 6'2" tall, and I went from 310 pounds to now 200 pounds with change in my lifestyle, especially diet and exercise. Oliver's videos are very challenging, work the entire body, much variety, but also very doable. Just have to keep at it, believe in yourself, see that version of yourself you desire to achieve, and hold it, keep it, and envision it, and feel victory when you complete another Oliver workout video. Did you lose all that weight doing the HIIT here?
@kabbalists Yes. All it can be attributed to better diet and alot of HIIT, alot of walking, and occasional running. No weight lifting. No creatine. No whey protein. No collegen. No weight loss pills. Mixed in some intermittent fasting now and then. Worked on better sleep. Once I started supplements, I started bulking up more (added back 10 pounds or so).
This is my 1st day doing this workout. It was so difficult, I just did 33 minutes but I feel so proud of myself. I’ll keep doing it until I finish the whole workout!

I made it and i still can't believe i didn't collapse. I turned my brain off so it wouldn't fail me and completed the entire program. My legs are shaking now, but I'm idolized by myself. I am 40 years old and now I feel 20.

I just tried this today for the first time and I must say this is the most intense 50 minutes I’ve ever experienced in my life and I couldn’t fully finish it straight through but this is now my new goal. Thank you for doing this bro!

@@dhrupatel9993Depends on height and weight, also since it’s a HIIT you burn up to 1000 calories or around that during the day just after your done with any hiit workout stay active for atleast 30 minutes or so

man, strongly recommend biking which protects your knees better than hiit. I lost like 30 lbs by just biking

I'm currently on round 4/5 and thought of taking a minute to leave a comment which I rarely do.
I've been doing cardio since covid but then slowly stopped and leaned towards other kind of workouts which requires "less" cardio workouts.
To be honest, I have gained a bit of weight, probably because I was focusing on doing bodyweights with dumbbells and realized that wasn't what I wanted.
Kind of frustrating to have lost my body shape since then.
I've been trying to find other cardio but I felt "lazy" to complete all workouts.
Thnak God to have found this one which kept me going and smiled while doing them.
Highly recommend this channel and keep up the good work guys!

BUT it's HIIT, so it has an epoc after burn effect which burns 300-350 calories over the next hour during your rest

I’ve been doing these workouts 4 times a week for 9 months, I went from having a muffin top and fat thighs to having abs and an amazing body in that little amount of time and I’m 44. Just wish I’d started sooner.

So happy I found your videos. 46, years old & ended up with tennis elbow left arm. Tough time with weights and was about to give up. Not anymore. I now realize you can get a great workout without the weights too. Giving my arm a break from lifting and hoping it can fully heal in time.

I used to exercise so much before I started to work. Made me happy really. With so many hours a day working I didnt have time to do anything and it showed in accumulating kg. Now I finally have a schedule where I can work out, and today did HIIT for the first time in 5 years. Im so proud I got to round 3, legs trembling. 🤣By next year Im gonna do the whole 5 sets! 😁 Lets go!

Thank you for this video. After 2 years , I started workout with your video. I couldn’t complete 1st round the very first day. But I managed to complete 4 rounds non stop within a week. Definitely I am seeing changes in my body. It needs sheer dedication here. I am going to continue and see myself as my Idol
I stayed throughout. I must say this is really intense for someone who hasn't exercised for a long time. I had to take slightly longer breaks and tweaked some of the exercises due to old injury.
Great job sticking with it! It's important to listen to your body and adjust the exercises as needed, especially if you have an old injury. Keep it up!

Amazing workout omg was tough but got through it! Loved how you incorporated working out every body part in here. Legs, abs, arms. Was honestly shocked I got through it lol. And also loved the music it got me through this workout also!
I AM currently at 70kg now and that was overweight for my height 5'5 . I'm tryng this workout now and it almost felt like I was having heart attack Hahaha due to the intensity but it's great coz it will teach to become stronger.Just like the others I'm having pauses each round but I make sure to finish it. I do like this workout. I've done it several times at exactly the instructor's cadence and intensity. It's 324 calories on my Garmin consistently. I'm a 58 male 5' 7" 152 lbs. When I mountain bike the same period of time, it's 550+ calories. It's definately not 1000 calories regardless of weight...
Exactly. It makes me mad everytime I see 1000 kcal labeled workout. I would burn 400 kcal max with my weight... So I'd have to do this 3x for 1000kcal👀

I have tried to do all the exercises, but due to my lack of training I have limited myself to only doing those that I could, but I still managed to burn 622 calories, I know that one day I will be able to do this routine perfectly, I already had a lot that I did not sweat a lot. I subscribe now.
Wow. I have 42yrs. and have been following some other YT video workouts that lasted 2hrs, lol. I decided to try this one and, guess what? I made it to the end. I died of course but I did it all, LMFAO. Thank you so much for this timed HIIT workout video. It is awesome because we don't get to rest much and take 3hrs for a 50min workout plan.

Day 2 - COMPLETED (Only intaken 728 cal (excluding dinner) while doing "after 1227cal that day",making it much more harder)
DAY 3 - COMPLETED WITH 500 CALORIE HIIT (My diet caused fatigue "ate just 1139cal today",i was extremely tired but don't want to give up so i have done similar HIIT exercise for 500 calorie burn)
DAY 4 - DIDN'T COMPLETE (More writing work from school)
DAY 5 - COMPLETED (Intaken 1383 calories)
DAY 6 - Physics revision exam🤷🏻♂️ (intaken 1257cal)
DAY 7 - Feverish( want to start tomorrow but i don't know when i will be better, hope)(1194cal)
DAY 8 - Still not better (checked my weight 1.4kgs in a week is not healthy and a brother suggested my calorie intake is very low that cause problems in future so from today it will be 1700cal and still i can reduce 1kg per week)

@@subwaygaming5429 yeah sure.. u need to calculate your tdee to know how much calories your body needs lets say for example 2000 calories you need to be lower than that for like 1700 or so…just make sure to eat more than 1200 calories because if u consumed less than that you’ll lose muscles more than fat and after a copper of months it won’t work because your metabolism got awful..if u need more info u can find so many RUclips videos explaining the whole thing or u can ask me i dont mind

Two weeks ago I discovered your channel, alongside with noticing my abs showing. Then I thought that it is time for me to finally attempt the push towards burning those last bits of body fat I had left. Two weeks ago then I decided to diet more seriously than before and since then I was doing your workout almost everyday. The day I'm writing this comment I just went through and finished this long workout. To be honest pushing to the end of it turned out easier than I expected, after 2 failed attempts days prior. Anyways, love your content and keep up the good work.

Can’t believe I made it to the end😅 Was tempted to stop after the 3rd round but then I’m no quitter so I forged ahead even stronger. That way I can comfortably come back to do it the second time without feeling too overwhelmed.
